Chair of the Adult Awards Committee Role
Girl Guides Australia is now welcoming applications for the role of Chair of the Adult Awards Committee.
Recognising volunteers for the amazing work they do is an important part of our organisation, and this role is vital for leading the process to ensure this recognition is promoted, implemented, and evaluated.
Specific requirements:
The Chair of this Committee must be member of a State Girl Guide Organisation, or Girl Guides Australia. The person must have an understanding of Adult Member roles, the leadership structure of the organisation and support the aims of Girl Guides Australia.
Applications are sought from individuals with:
- a passion for recognising the valued work of adult volunteers
- proven Information technology and communication skills
- the skills and capacity to lead a team across Australia.
