Developing Future Leaders
There are many opportunities for you, as a Guide, to develop leadership skills. You could: take on the role of Patrol Leader, take part in leadership development training's held in your Unit, District or Region or State Organisation or by Girl Guides Australia (Jumbunna or Leading Edge), become a Guide Helper or Junior Leader within a younger aged Guide Unit.
Financial Support for Guides
Financial assistance may be available for members travelling to events within Australia and overseas. Not all events will meet the requirements for financial assistance. Donations to funds by units, members or general public are welcome and appreciated, giving the ability to offer more assistance to more members.
