Leadership and Management Qualification

The Leadership and Management Qualifications comprise a series of tasks to be completed in an order that works for you and your learning journey. The relevant Passport to your role introduces you to key policies and procedures and assists in your understanding of the responsibilities associated with your new role.

The focus is on collaboration with others, such as your Manager and Mentor, and sharing knowledge, skills and experiences.

You are required to complete all national Girl Guides Learning online activities prior to attending the national Leadership or Management Qualification trainings.

The Neurodiversity in Guiding GGL activity noted in this Passport is named “Introduction to Neurodiversity” in GGL.
